Overview
Are you interested in how journalists report on the climate crisis, how climate change is impacting water, and "how liberating water can liberate us, in turn"?
Join us for a conversation with journalist Erica Gies as she visits SFSU to discuss her book Water Always Wins: Thriving in an age of drought and deluge - as well her efforts as an investigative journalist to report on the climate crisis:
- Monday, Dec 9, 11am
- HUM 310
Erica Gies is an independent journalist and National Geographic Explorer who writes about water, climate change, and biology for Scientific American, the New York Times, Nature, the Atlantic, bioGraphic, and other publications and has written the book.
