Master of Ceremonies: Carolyn McArdle
Co-host of 98.1 The Breeze and Public Address Announcer for the San Francisco Giants, SFSU Class of 1994
Carolyn McArdle is a dynamic radio personality, public speaker, and storyteller who has built her career on connecting with audiences through authenticity, humor, and heart. She is best known as a morning show co-host on 98.1 The Breeze and as the Public Address Announcer for the San Francisco Giants, where her voice energizes and unites fans at Oracle Park. Carolyn has a passion for bringing people together through conversation, entertainment, and shared experiences. Beyond the microphone, she is an advocate for women’s leadership and community engagement, frequently participating in events that inspire, empower, and connect others. When she’s not behind the mic, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her Golden Retriever, Perk, hiking, playing tennis and pickleball and finding joy in the little moments that make life extraordinary.

Hannah Lee is a documentary producer with a passion for environmental storytelling and climate education through a wide range of mediums. Her work explores social and environmental issues both locally and globally, using a creative style to engage audiences in an ever-changing media landscape. Hannah has been a part of numerous award-winning documentary, film, and media projects. Most recently, NorCal Public Media’s Climate California series won a 2025 Emmy® Award from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in the category of Environment/Science – News or Long Form Content. She has also contributed to the feature documentary Skin of Glass (2023) and NorCal Public Media’s digital youth climate initiative My Planet, My Voice.
